tatnet builds web sites. In fact, the first thing tatnet ever built was a small, custom web site. Back in 1995, that was an unusual piece of software. Now that everyone, it seems, has a site, the challenge is still the same to our clients: What do you want to achieve with your web site?
The answers, it turns out, are surprising.
But what is more surprising is that so many web sites are built without first having asked that question.
